Special group rates are available at the Best Western Dorchester Hotel, at 70 Church St., Nanaimo. Please use the link here to book before June 1st 2022.

Tournament jobs (limit 6 jobs per person)

Greeter (Friday afternoon, Saturday) welcome people at the door, register players, hand out tournament packages

Court Marshal: (Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday) record match scores, direct players to courts

Scorekeeper: (first matches Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday) keep score and referee matches

Fruit Cutter: (Saturday morning, Sunday morning) get and lay out fruit, muffins, coffee

Promoter: solicit sponsors, collect cheques, prizes in kind

Cook: (Saturday) Get and prepare food for Saturday dinner

DJ: (Saturday night) get & manage sound equipment, play music

Ball Drop: (Saturday afternoon) run the contest, award prizes

Silent Auction: (Saturday, Sunday) collect, display, award prizes

Ticket Sales: (Friday, Saturday) sell raffle, drink tickets

Social Media: update Facebook, Insta, NSC page, Clublocker page, emails to other sq clubs

Old Media: make t-shirts, posters

Photographer: take photos, videos for social media

Floater: any of the above as required
